Keep the distinction clear.
A phone panorama captures a sweep of the scene. It may miss the floor, ceiling or other areas and can contain stitching distortion. It cannot recreate detail that was never photographed.
Use a dedicated 360° camera when a full spherical view is needed, supported by close-up photographs.

Do I need to prepare the drawings or set up the process?
Supply your existing GA drawings and tell us what you want to record. We prepare the drawings for the visual record, agree the pins and capture route with you, and establish the upload process and issue schedule. Initial project setup is quoted separately. Drawing preparation uses your supplied plans; it does not include creating or redesigning construction drawings.
Which files do I supply?
Report Only requires stitched panoramic JPEGs, checked by you, with a clear list matching each file to its agreed drawing pin. The managed service accepts untouched files from an agreed compatible camera. We agree the capture route first, then process the batch and review its pin assignments. Flag retakes and skipped locations when submitting. We confirm camera compatibility and arrange file transfer during onboarding.
Is my company logo included?
Yes. Your company logo is included on the report. Managed packages also include a standard presentation, with a discreet Powered by ProjectLens credit.
What happens in a five-week month?
A weekly managed quote allows for 52 scheduled submissions a year, including five-visit months. Your quote sets the image allowance and report outputs per submission. Report Only includes one issue per month; additional issues are quoted separately.
Can you attend site and take the photographs?
Yes. We can quote for monthly, fortnightly or weekly capture visits, with processing, visual QA and the agreed reports included in a tailored scope. Tell us the site postcode, project size and access requirements. Visit availability and the complete price are confirmed before booking.
Is a camera included in the monthly price?
No. The remote preparation packages use your compatible camera. A camera kit on loan and technician capture visits can be quoted separately. Equipment ownership, return and loan terms will be agreed in advance.
What do you check before issuing the record?
For managed packages, we check image usability, visible stitching problems, capture coverage and location assignments. Report Only includes a basic completeness check; the customer is responsible for image quality and correct pin references. We prepare standard reports from the reviewed records and supplied notes. This does not replace inspection, testing or certification of the installation.
