Who we are

Enquiries and bookings

This website invites enquiries for a managed site documentation service. Sending an enquiry does not create a subscription or a paid booking. Work begins only after we agree a written quote and service terms with you.

Our quote will confirm scope, drawings, pins, compatible camera, file transfer, deliverables, schedule, VAT-inclusive charges, payment terms, cancellation, any renewal, retention and deletion arrangements. Site visits and equipment loan require separate agreement. Do not send project files until we agree the transfer method.

What we do

We prepare suitable supplied GA drawings for the photographic record, agree capture positions and process supported captures into the agreed reports and presentations. We do not create or redesign construction drawings. Visual quality checks assess capture usability, visible stitching issues, coverage and pin assignments; they are not inspection, testing, certification or a guarantee of defect detection. Unusable files may require retakes. Additional scope or charges require agreement before work proceeds.

Customer-prepared and managed packages

Report Only costs £50 per month including VAT (£41.67 plus £8.33 VAT), per active project: up to 10 supplied drawings, 50 images and one standard branded PDF report per month. You provide converted, stitched JPEGs and confirmed drawing-pin references. We perform a basic completeness check and assemble the report. Conversion, detailed image QA, correcting pin assignments and additional reports are outside this package and require separate agreement. Setup is separately quoted.

Managed packages include the conversion and preparation described in the agreed quote. All bookings, including monthly services, require agreed payment, cancellation and delivery terms before work starts.

Your material

You must have authority to photograph the site and supply and share drawings and images. Follow the Capture & Upload Rules, identify sensitive content and keep your originals. You or the rights holder retain ownership of source material. We process it for the agreed service; final deliverable rights and sharing arrangements are confirmed in the contract. Public marketing use requires separate approval and an appropriate data-protection basis.

Personal information

Before processing project personal data on a customer's instructions, we will establish the parties' roles and agree the required written data-processing terms, covering instructions, confidentiality, security, sub-processors, transfers, rights requests, breaches, audit assistance and return or deletion.

Demonstrations and responsibility

Illustrative sample records are examples, not evidence of actual construction progress. The browser image viewer does not upload your selected image. This website does not offer an online customer account, checkout or hosted project archive.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or overrides mandatory statutory rights. Project-specific liability and dispute terms will be agreed before booking.
