Managed project setup from £99 including VAT, once. £82.50 + £16.50 VAT at the starting price. We prepare suitable supplied GA drawings, agree pin positions and the capture route, confirm camera compatibility, and walk you through uploads and the reporting schedule. Report Only setup is quoted separately according to the preparation needed. Camera loan and technician visits are quoted separately.

Essential and Progress image allowances are monthly totals shared across submissions. Weekly includes up to 50 images per scheduled weekly submission. Visual QA checks capture quality and coverage; it is not certification of the works. Unusable images may require a retake.

A phone panorama captures a sweep of the scene. It may miss the floor, ceiling or other areas and can contain stitching distortion. It cannot recreate detail that was never photographed.

We prepare the drawings for the visual record, agree the pins and capture route with you, and establish the upload process and issue schedule. Project setup is charged once, as shown above. Drawing preparation uses your supplied plans; it does not include creating or redesigning construction drawings.
Report Only requires stitched panoramic JPEGs, checked by you, with a clear list matching each file to its agreed drawing pin. The managed service accepts untouched files from an agreed compatible camera. We agree the capture route first, then process the batch and review its pin assignments. Flag retakes and skipped locations when submitting. We confirm camera compatibility and arrange file transfer during onboarding.
Yes. Your company logo is included on the report. Managed packages also include a standard presentation, with a discreet Powered by ProjectLens credit.
The Weekly package covers one scheduled submission every week, including five submissions in a five-visit month. Each submission can contain up to 50 images, giving up to 250 images in that month.
Yes. We can quote for monthly, fortnightly or weekly capture visits, with processing, visual QA and the agreed reports included in a tailored scope. Tell us the site postcode, project size and access requirements. Visit availability and the complete price are confirmed before booking.
No. The remote preparation packages use your compatible camera. A camera kit on loan and technician capture visits can be quoted separately. Equipment ownership, return and loan terms will be agreed in advance.
For managed packages, we check image usability, visible stitching problems, capture coverage and location assignments. Report Only includes a basic completeness check; the customer is responsible for image quality and correct pin references. We prepare standard reports from the reviewed records and supplied notes. This does not replace inspection, testing or certification of the installation.
